Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. About Our Subscription Service

Parachute offers selected products on a recurring subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Parachute to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the billing frequency selected during checkout until your subscription is cancelled.

2. Subscription Start Date

Your subscription begins on the date your first subscription order is successfully placed and payment has been processed.

3. Billing Frequency

Your payment method will be charged automatically according to the delivery frequency you select when placing your order (for example, every 30 days).

The next billing date is calculated from your initial subscription purchase date.

4. Subscription Charges

The recurring charge will be the price displayed at checkout when your subscription is created, including any applicable subscription discount.

If prices change in the future, customers will be notified where required by applicable law before future recurring charges are processed.

5. Merchant Name on Your Card Statement

Charges for subscription purchases will appear on your payment card statement as:

6. Trial Period

Parachute does not currently offer a free trial for subscriptions.

If a trial period is introduced in the future, customers will be informed that recurring charges will begin automatically unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial period ends.

7. Managing Your Subscription

Customers can manage their subscription by logging into their customer account.

Customers may:

  • Update their payment method.
  • Update their delivery address.
  • Change their delivery frequency (where available).
  • Cancel their subscription.

8. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date.

If a recurring payment has already been processed before cancellation, that order will still be fulfilled. Cancellation will apply to future recurring orders only.

9. Refunds

Subscription purchases are subject to the Parachute Refund Policy available on our website.
